Return Policy
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or refund.
To be able to make a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with its original packaging.
No returns will be accepted for:

Hygiene or personal care products.

Gift cards.

Downloadable products (software, digital content).
Defective or damaged products
If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, we will take responsibility and arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.
Withdrawal (I regret the purchase)
If you decide to return the product for personal reasons (not due to a defect), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In this case, the refund will only cover the price of the product, minus the original shipping costs.
Items on sale
Items on sale or with discounts are also eligible for return, just like items at regular price.

Our team will provide you with the return address and procedure, as we work with different suppliers and the return shipment is not sent to our physical address.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you by email if a refund is due.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
